Our MineWolf Systems MW916B armoured excavator technical package is available for contract work throughout the UK and Europe.
This fully armoured excavator is a twin-engine 420hp tool carrier that can withstand direct contact with HE at both the work tool location and from all directions around the base machine. The operator environment is also fully pressurised and offers filtered protection against airborne contaminants, including DU and asbestos when working on contaminated and polluted soils.
Supplied with fully trained, certified, and highly skilled operator, the complete system is available for rapid deployment at short notice if required.

User Protection
5 separate fire suppression systems, all-round machine vision/radar system with in-cab recording CCTV.
Surrounding Safety
Fully automatic greasing system to remove the need for the operator on the ground and safety rails on all high access areas.
Tracking & Feedback
The machine uses Viasat satellite tracking providing valuable real-time feedback on location information and work recording.
Night Working
The capability for full night-working is enabled by a full surround-lighting system, allowing for safe operation in complete darkness.
Stable Operation
The machine is also equipped with a full forestry track system and track guides to prevent track de-railing and to enable safe operation in uneven, steep, and rough ground. 2.85m width and 30tons (without attachments) for ease of transport.
Power
The separate 240hp attachment engine enables the efficient and extremely powerful operation of the fragmentation tiller and mulcher head.

This machine offers the following specialist capabilities for clients:
T145 Mine Tiller
Working to a depth of 300mm at each pass, this tiller fragments soft-skinned objects to render them harmless, as well as breaking down vegetation and stumps up to 150mm diameter into a fine tilth.
Hydraulic Selector Grab
For all dismantling and handling tasks in hazardous environments as well as sensitive vegetation removal to assist ecological works.
Land Rake & Full Set of Buckets
For target location and general earthmoving operations in target areas where reduced dig or general contaminated ground digging operations are required.
Fixed-tool Heavy-Duty Mulcher
For clearing trees, vegetation, scrub and stumps down to ground level for opening up overgrown target areas or for search and clearance operations.
Hydraulic Tree Shear
For dismantling, felling and stacking larger trees up to 22-inch (560mm) diameter.
Hydraulic Stump Shear
For excavating, and fragmenting stumps of any size to enable safe searching for embedded objects and onward processing for biomass, mulching, or incineration.
Ripper Tooth
For ripping and breaking up hard or rocky ground before search and clear or tilling operations.

Site Clearance Capabilites
This machine offers the following capabilities for clearance and groundworks:
1,600mm Width Fixed Tool Mulcher Head
For mulching down standing vegetation and stumps up to 600mm diameter to ground level and surface mulching to prepare ground for object and deep target removal.
1,200mm Opening Hydraulic Stump Shear
For de-stumping operations and fragmenting any size stumps to enable object retrieval and safe onward processing of stump material into biomass or for processing stumps before mulching back into site soils.
Hydraulic Tree Shear
For felling of large standing timber up to 400mm diameter, this tree shear cuts and holds and stacks sections of trees to enable the safe section-felling of trees for clearance in search and removal areas.
