Incinerators
The simple and effective answer to emergency and general on-site incineration.
The Burnwell Larger Incinerator
How it works: Portable air curtain incinerators use a pressurised air curtain across a burning chamber to capture smoke and particulates and recirculate them continuously back through the burning chamber until they are almost completely combusted. The air curtain also increases the burning temperature inside the chamber to over 800 degrees Centigrade, to ensure that around 95% of all material in the chamber is burnt down to a fine ash.
Applications
Designed for tough applications such as demolition, forestry and site-clearance activities, these machines are constructed with an ultra-strong steel chassis and durable, long-life ceramic lining. Air curtain portable incinerators are all designed to be rapidly deployed and come with many standard features, such as anti-vandal engine deck enclosure, all-steel construction and a liner that is designed to be easily repaired/replaced, if damaged in the field. (The large incinerator/burner is designed to be fed by excavator and grapple only).
The large machines are designed for high capacity and can easily be transported by 8-wheel hook lift truck on a transport frame or plant deck. They are ideal for mobile site work such as waste timber, vegetation or invasive species.
Always obtain permitting advice, before using any incinerator and always read and understand your operation manual before using.
The Burnwell Micro Incinerator
A miniature air-blast furnace incinerator for work or sites where a larger machine may not be suitable. It will quickly and efficiently incinerate wood waste, vegetation, animal material, invasive plants and insect or pathogen affected material at temperatures above 800°C.
It is a popular machine for the disposal on site of Knotweed, Chalara, Balsam, Hogweed and other invasive species.
The Micro incinerator is rated at a maximum of 50kg per hour and is suitable to used under certain exemptions. Please contact us for more details.
