PT300 D:MINE

Demining & ERW Clearance Machine

The PT300 D:MINE is a robust, remote-controlled tracked carrier developed by FAE Group for mechanical demining and explosive remnants of war (ERW) clearance. It is engineered for superior performance in extreme environments including rough terrain, steep slopes, and densely vegetated areas. Equipped with a high-powered CAT engine and a versatile set of attachments, the PT300 D:MINE is suited for NGOs, armed forces, and demining operators working to reclaim land for civil use.

This machine can be equipped with excavation and lifting arm and video cameras, it provides outstanding support to minimise risks and support recovery efforts in high-threat and hazardous areas.

Attachments to suit every requirement

Demining Tiller

The 300/TD/DM demining tiller has a fixed-tooth rotor designed specifically for demining work. The specially designed frame and rotor, along with the materials used, make it extremely resistant to explosions.

Demining Flail

The 300/FD/DM demining flail rotor is equipped with chains and hammers. This head clears mines by rapidly and forcefully agitating the soil with swinging hammers, thereby neutralizing mines contained within it. In some cases, the mines detonate upon contact; in other cases, they are neutralised mechanically without an explosion.

Forestry Mulcher

The 200/U/SONIC combines compact maneuverability with the performance of larger machines. It is strong and highly productive for mulching bushes, branches and trees up to 35 cm in diameter.

MineWolf MW50

The MW50 is a compact and remotely operated platform developed for clearing landmines, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and performing route clearance in ultra-rugged, hard-to-access environments. Built on proven MineWolf technology, it is ideal for use in steep, narrow, or otherwise challenging terrain. Its lightweight design allows transport via 4×4 vehicles or helicopters, enhancing its mobility in remote regions.

Demining & ERW Clearance Machine

This fully armoured excavator is a twin-engine 420hp tool carrier that can withstand direct contact with HE at both the work tool location and from all directions around the base machine. The operator environment is also fully pressurised and offers filtered protection against airborne contaminants, including DU and asbestos when working on contaminated and polluted soils.

Supplied with fully trained, certified, and highly skilled operator, the complete system is available for rapid deployment at short notice if required.

T145 Mine Tiller
Working to a depth of 300mm at each pass, this tiller fragments soft-skinned objects to render them harmless, as well as breaking down vegetation and stumps up to 150mm diameter into a fine tilth.

Hydraulic Selector Grab
For all dismantling and handling tasks in hazardous environments as well as sensitive vegetation removal to assist ecological works.

Land Rake & Full Set of Buckets
For target location and general earthmoving operations in target areas where reduced dig or general contaminated ground digging operations are required.

Fixed-tool Heavy-Duty Mulcher
For clearing trees, vegetation, scrub and stumps down to ground level for opening up overgrown target areas or for search and clearance operations.

Hydraulic Tree Shear
For dismantling, felling and stacking larger trees up to 22-inch (560mm) diameter.

Hydraulic Stump Shear
For excavating, and fragmenting stumps of any size to enable safe searching for embedded objects and onward processing for biomass, mulching, or incineration.

Ripper Tooth
For ripping and breaking up hard or rocky ground before search and clear or tilling operations.
